    DESCRIPTION

    The POST-TRADE CLIENT SERVICES ANALYST assists with the on-boarding of new clients & platforms, engages customers on new initiatives, builds & maintains relationships & provides day to day support. The incumbent will successfully handle, escalate operational & customer-related issues while demonstrating strong communication skills. The Analyst supports operational trade and end-of-day workflows, contributes to internal projects, and documents enhancement requests related to current operational processes.

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Demonstrates mastery of CME Clearing infrastructure and ability to solve problems across all asset classes/initiatives

    • Completes internal operational processes, particularly account set-ups and trade submission workflows

    • Effectively solves client and operational issues, with assistance as necessary

    • Supports CME Group's effort to develop innovative enhancements that improve our team and our customers' experience

    • Suggests ideas to improve the customer experience and improve internal processes and generates a plan to implement the enhancement or idea

    • Provides excellent customer service across all asset classes and initiatives

    • Develops strong relationships with customers by providing clear/professional responses to client queries,

    • Assisting with customer calls and/or in-person visits

    SKILLS AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Quantitative field

    • Must work well in a team environment

    • Self-motivated individual

    • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred

    • Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
