    THE JOB (THE BIG STUFF):

    • Oversee the efforts of Sr. Sales Advisors and Sales Advisors to enhance the image and service ratings of the dealership
    • Work with the sales and service team members to ensure a timely and seamless purchase process for Members and guests
    • Demonstrate and train both service and product-knowledge standards
    • Ensure that the entire purchase and ownership journey meets RCUAS service standards
    • Coordinate and assist in leading regular huddles and sales meetings with the sales staff
    • Assist in maintaining broker partner relationships with franchised and independent dealerships
    • Manage the internal CRM platform to ensure proper follow up, retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
    • Assist in hiring, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of all employees
    • Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters and compile the necessary reports for leadership review
    • Manage and deliver sales reporting to track performance at RCUAS
    • Track, monitor, and report on incoming Member/guest vehicle inquiries
    • Work with the RCUAS General Manager to develop, establish, and implement communication and follow up standards relating to the vehicle purchase

    • Auto Sales Advisor(s)
    • Senior Auto Sales Advisor(s)

     

    Required Skills

    WHAT'S NEEDED FROM YOU:

    • Excellent leadership skills with a passion for service
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, Members, customers, and the general public
    • Ability to perform computations to find rate, ratio, and percentages, as well as draw and interpret bar graphs
    • Knowledge of supervisory techniques and methods, with an ability to influence and motivate others
    • Extensive knowledge and skill in running the day-to-day sales and service operations
    • Skill in the operation of personal computers with intranet and internet access
    • Ability to work with auto dealership management systems
    • Knowledge of DMV regulations
    • Excellent understanding of consumer lending operating systems
    • Ability to help resolve Member conflict
    • Strong managerial, communication, negotiation, organizational, problem solving skills
    • Ability to manage financial information

    Required Experience

    LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

    • California driver’s license
    • Valid DMV Occupational Salesperson License

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

    • A combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of leadership or management. Experience with CUSOs, auto services and/or banking services a plus. Experience working within a financial institution preferred.
