Job Description

Our Agency is looking for ambitious self starters to go through a licensing and leadership development program sponsored & paid for by the company. Candidates are not required to have a financial background. You must be coachable and open to learning basic financial concepts.

Our product offering includes insurances, as well as investments, mortgage loans and financial planning. We are looking to train new agents to work remotely with clients and potentially grow a team.

• New agents have the flexibility to work another job, while learning our business in your off hours.
• Starting part time allows you to learn the business, get trained & complete licensing requirements.
• The Company pays for required licensing. Licensing classes can be taken online or in a classroom setting.
• Training times are flexible. Our opportunity is Remote, plus you may choose when you work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow the established training path to prospect and develop a client base
• Complete licensing coursework and pass your state and federal license exams (sponsored)
• Develop and maintain knowledge of evolving products and services
• Identify prospective clients & schedule appointments (NO COLD CALLING!)
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Effectively communicate information about our products and services

THE DESIRED CANDIDATE WOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Disciplined, self-starter, excels at working independently and as part of a team
• Coachable and willing to learn (receives constructive criticism well)
• Strong customer service skills
• Leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to develop, manage and drive growth

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18+ (This is a FEDERAL REQUIREMENT)
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a SSN (we cannot sponsor for visa)
• Able to pass full federal background check (No Felonies)
• Access to internet or Wi-Fi Connection
