Overview of the Role:
The MBA Internship Program is a summer experience for MBA students between their first and second year. You will have the unique opportunity to learn our rapidly growing, tech-enabled population health business from some of the top leaders in the industry. While expanding your leadership and management abilities, you will be immersed into the business and operational activities that make Privia one of the fastest growing healthcare companies in America. Interns will have opportunities across our various teams to include Population Health, Medical Economics, Marketing, Sales, and Corporate Development to help solve complex problems and further develop their healthcare operations knowledge.
Primary Job Duties:
Contribute to the development of provider incentive strategies and compensation methodologies for value-based care arrangements
Utilize structured analytical thinking to synthesize valuable insights and present findings to physician executives, market presidents, and practice consultants
Contribute to strategic plans to improve physician satisfaction, patient satisfaction, and practice profitability
Partnering with our Population Health teams to assess care centers’ needs, including, but not limited to, education, training, support and resources
Present reports and findings to cross functional teams
Evaluate strategic new lines of business that fit into our transformative care delivery model. Including the creation of business plans and predictive modeling.
Contributes to cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment. Engages in project management efforts.

Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) program.
You must be available to work a 40-hour work week for 10 weeks summer 2023, beginning in June.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong business aptitude with a can do attitude.
