JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMER 2023 HYBRID INTERNSHIP - TEMPE, AZ

Procurement Services is a partner for obtaining high-quality goods and services, at the lowest cost, and in a timely manner. Additionally, we’re here to support you throughout the lifecycle of your supplier relationship, including:

• Strategic Sourcing

• Contract Management

• Accounts Payable

• Corporate Cards

• Travel and Expense

Procurement Services is seeking a summer intern to join its Helpdesk team. The Helpdesk supports our internal customers across the entire Procurement life-cycle, and our team members are agile problem solvers. We aim to remove friction between our internal customers, internal processes and our supplier population.

Our intern will have an opportunity to learn our end to end processes, identify process improvements, and support projects focused on optimizing and automating our function.

Our intern will also learn about other Procurement focus areas, such as: catalog management, supplier diversity, submitting purchase requisitions and contracting.

BASE PAY:

$14.40 - $24.80

Actual starting base pay will be determined on skills, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
