    SVB Private’s Fiserv Product Team drives and strengthens the organization’s overall expansion, integration, and conversion of the platform. This team drives coherence and adoption across this core platform’s features and capabilities.

    SVB Private seeks a proactive and analytical entry level business analyst to help drive the continuing evolution and integration of our Core Banking suite of products which include Signature CBS, Nautilus (On-Base), Communicator (Middleware), Connected Teller, Branch Capture, and several additional products and services that interface with these primary applications. Working at the direction of the Fiserv Platform Director they will participate in cross-functional teams to drive stability and security, new enhancements, and evolution of the Fiserv Core Banking and/or related Platforms to deliver operational efficiencies, improve client and associate experience, and support the launch of new core products and services, supporting data analytics and reporting requirements of SVB Private.

    • Partner with SVB Private Fiserv team to research and understand trends in core banking arena to incorporate new capabilities and to offer an efficient client and associate experience.

    • Work with SVB Private Fiserv team and adjacent groups to ensure features/functionality are developed according to business requirements

    • Manage work assignments on different types of projects, such as system integration or implementation and on-going support of core banking applications

    • Understand the end-to-end customer experience, integrations, and depdencies

    • Develop and support vision for SVB Private Fiserv ecosystem, participating in vendor research, deep dives, and POCs, as necessary.

    Required skills and experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • 2+ years of banking or financial services experience with an interest in Product Management

    • Core Banking technology to process translation

    • Excellent written and verbal skills

    • Office suite

    • Ability to work independently

    • Technical skills to understand complex architectural decisions

    • Ownership

    BASE PAY:

    $52,756.00 - $79,195.00

    Actual starting base pay will be determined on skills, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
