OUR IMPACT:

Icertis is a contract management system for entering data, generating contract legal language, receiving approvals, and ultimately executing a contract to Freddie Mac's sellers and servicers to drive business.

YOUR IMPACT:

As a member of our team, you will:

• Assist the Product Owner and Senior Analyst to write user-stories and acceptance criteria for each sprint, making sure each story aligns to our Objectives and Key Results

• Proactively bring ideas to the table to increase value for our clients, recognizing roadblocks early and present ideas to key partners

• Document data elements and ensure compliance with data governance standards

• Review new/updated schemas and generate json to identify system impacts

• Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners to innovate, provide value, and address issues

• Use applications in various non-production environments to test and demo product features

• Create Operational Readiness documentation to support all releases

• Assess impacts of changes required to support new policies and changes in other systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

• Mortgage experience and/or an understanding of Freddie Mac system functionality (preferred)

• Agile product delivery experience including requirements capturing, writing user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Knowledge of mongo databases, xml, json, and data mapping

• Experience with JIRA, automated testing, and writing feature files is a plus

• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Knowledge of Modern Delivery practices and participation in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, refinement sessions, demo’s, etc.) is a plus
