Job Description
The Product Manager is responsible for:
-Developing a scalable Multinational Program (MNP) model which will provide issuers with a turnkey solution to global issuance:
- Support MNP team operating model for the scalable MNP program
- Support MNP team to launch the model in targeted countries
- Create Sales material and act as subject matter expert to support Visa sales partners
- Develop rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations. Ensure strategic and financial soundness and alignment for any recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional, local and regional management teams on strategic projects, bringing timely and useful insight and analytical support.
- Develop clear and concise executive level communications. Communicate recommendations in a clear impactful way.
The ideal candidate is an experienced product manager with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed environment. Diplomacy to manage relationships and expectations, while ensuring a strong global approach and alignment is critical to succeeding in this role. He/She must have proven experience in working with third-party issuers and commercializing payment products that deliver strong value propositions to the market. This role requires strategic leadership, innovation, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office at least 3 set days a week.
Responsibilities:
• Work with regional Visa team members to create a portfolio of third-party issuers supporting the indirect issuance MNP model (Partner Bank Model)
• Create an MNP dashboard and manage reporting.
• Identify use cases and define business requirements to address key client needs in emerging verticals
• Capture voice of customer and analyze data to help inform product strategies, future roadmap and/or new vertical opportunities
• Create new digital ways to communicate MNP value and requirements
• Understand market needs, developing value propositions, product requirements, rules, pricing, roadmap, and communicating internally and externally
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including regional product, treasury, technology, legal, compliance, marketing, sales, operations, client services, and risk to ensure successful launch of products & capabilities
• Serve as the subject matter expert for portfolio of products, both internally and externally with Visa sales partners and clients
• Ensure the product strategy and product roadmaps are aligned and well-articulated to customers, prospects and partners, as well as internally within Visa
• Demonstrate thought leadership and enable flawless execution

Responsibilities
Build trust-based relationships with Campaign Analytics (CA) team, Sales, Research, Operations/Support teams and Product teams.
Translate the specific business needs of the Small and Medium Business (SMB) market into actionable, data-driven reports and insights for Nielsen Marketplace. This includes designing study setups, performing data analysis, and summarizing key findings.
Create, analyze, and deliver high-quality reports that provide clients with a clear understanding of their campaign performance. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data and insights before they are published.
Collaborate on developing educational materials such as brochures, sample reports, and how-to guides to showcase the value of the insights.
Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for assigned studies, maintaining accurate records of study timelines, milestones, and delivery dates. Proactively communicate status updates and manage expectations with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with senior team members to develop new analytical techniques and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our processes and product offerings on Nielsen Marketplace.

Technical proficiency in Office/Google Suite of software solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Media and advertising industry knowledge is a plus
Stats background a plus
Experience in the Small and Medium Businesses Market either on the advertiser or on the agency side is a strong plus.
Past experience in digital media buying/planning and marketing analytics is a strong plus
