    Job Description

    Visa USA Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Product Manager (multiple openings) in San Francisco, CA to:

    • Gather and review business requirements ranging from client needs to product team go-to-market timelines.
    • Build, define and maintain Platform services that decrease client time-to-value or enhance our client’s API experiences, including our Authentication Broker, certificate management automation, and regional gateways.
    • Work with a design team to bring the product experience to life.
    • Work across many teams - Sales, Ops, Product, and Technology - to ensure all requirements are defined, met and commercialized for all projects.
    • Manage the API Onboarding relationships for published products.
    • Assist with the onboarding processes, align technical objectives, and guide through commercialization readiness while looking to provide thought leadership through the process.
    • Work closely with Technology to plan and review new features, participate in user acceptance testing, enhance client integration guides and code snippets, learn about API platform and gateway systems architecture, and prioritize feature delivery for each release.
    • Position reports to the San Francisco, CA office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Manager-related occupation.
    • Position requires experience in the following:
      • HTML.
      • CSS.
      • Python.
      • C, C++.
      • JavaScript, REST API.
      • Jira, Confluence.
      • Figma, Adobe.
      • Excel, Tableau.

    Additional Information

    Worksite: San Francisco, CA

    This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

    Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.

    Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is $146,200.00 USD to $233,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
