    A new organization named Institutional Credit Management was recently formed to transform the way Citi manages Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR). ICM is a global group focused on introducing controls, policies, processes, and technology to manage the wholesale lending process end to end. The WCR process scope includes origination, underwriting, credit approval, administration, booking, servicing, and collateral management. Within ICM is a product team responsible building the platform that will re-imagine Citi's credit management lifecycle. This system will be rolled out globally across all business lines within the Institutional Clients Group (ICG). By joining this team, you will have a hand in the future of institutional banking, helping Citi finance and manage some of the largest transactions in the world efficiently and safely. This leader will be responsible for executing the strategic vision related to credit assessment and approval process within the ICG client portfolio globally (North America, Europe, and. Asia). This leader will be responsible for making effective policy driven decisions related to system requirements, technical design, and business processes that will shape the future Citi WCR platform. This role will play a significant role in driving how we use technology to meet the diverse needs of a stakeholders that span various products, regions, and functions throughout the enterprise. To be successful in this role, the candidate will exhibit excellent decision-making skills, an analytical and inquisitive mindset, and be ready to influence end users to drive towards consistency as Citi builds standardization in its target operating model. They will have demonstrated the ability to work through ambiguity, partner vertically/horizontally, and manage change across technology or operational transformation. QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in business related field
    • 2+ Years of experience in a front office, middle office, or operational capacity supporting the credit lifecycle execution or related transformation efforts in wholesale lending
    • Familiarity with credit management concepts and processes (e.g. Origination, Underwriting, Facility Management, Loan Booking, etc.)
    • Experience in executing technology change, either as an end user, product manager, or business analyst
    • Familiarity with the different software development methodologies and project management concepts for managing change in technology
    • Proven track record influencing senior managers or end users, using effective and concise narratives or PowerPoint presentations
    • Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders that span different regions and functions
    • Demonstrated ability to translate end user needs into tangible work products that technology engineers can move forward to develop (e.g. Process Flows, Requirements, Design Artifacts, Screen Mock Ups, etc.)
    • Track record with performing data investigations that require a high degree of accuracy, for incorporation into an enterprise data model
