Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production IT Manager –Long Term Contract – Chicago, IL - Remote for one of our clients.

Requirement: Production IT Manager – Strong Insurance Domain and Azure experience

Location: Chicago, IL - Remote

Job Description:

NOTE: CLIENT need insurance experience and will need experience in Change Management – specifically in Azure

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a change management role
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and administration
• 2+ years of change management or release management experience in a development environment
• Experience managing relationships with MSPs or other IT service providers
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and service management
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, PowerShell, ARM (Azure Resource Manager)
• Experience with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CIS Controls v8 frameworks, including the ability to integrate compliance requirements into change management processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
