Our Claims Representatives in our centralized claims centers help our customers resolve auto claims fast. This can be a stressful time for our customers, so we're looking for people with a passion for helping others to join our team. We'll provide you with in-depth, paid training so you can feel confident providing support to our customers throughout the claims process. Developing relationships with customers over the phone, you'll investigate and analyze auto claims. Along with joining a collaborative team, you'll have ongoing coaching and development Pay Rate: $20/hour, plus an annual gainshare bonus of up to 16% of your salary! Our bonus program rewards each of us based on company performance. Start Date: September 24, 2018 or October 22, 2018 Schedule: Monday, Friday, and Saturday plus two additional weekdays of your choice. Scheduled hours are 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on all work days. Days off are Sunday and either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday Duties & Responsibilities: * Manage a high volume of claim files from beginning to end * Resolve and document auto claims as quickly and accurately as possible * Interview all involved in an accident to determine coverage and liability decisions * Validate damage is consistent with the report of the accident * Independently make decisions related to liability and coverages Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or a combined total of two years of work experience and/or college education.
