Card Services Specialist (Full Time) - Richardson Operations Center
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Prosperity Bank is seeking to fill the position of Full Time Card Services Specialist at our Richardson Operations Center.
The Card Services Specialist is responsible for working customer card transactions disputes including filing transaction reports with MasterCard and the card processor. This position may also be responsible for monitoring transaction activity.

Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred
A minimum of 6 months experience in bank teller operations, personal banking, and customer service or call center environment preferred.
Bi-Lingual, Spanish-speaking a plus!
