    Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

     

     

    Prosperity Bank is seeking to fill the position of Full Time Card Services Specialist at our Richardson Operations Center.

     

     

    The Card Services Specialist is responsible for working customer card transactions disputes including filing transaction reports with MasterCard and the card processor. This position may also be responsible for monitoring transaction activity.

     

     

    THE PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

     

    • Assist customers and bank staff with routine card-related requests in the most professional and expedient manner possible.
    • Research and resolve customer issues and serve as the liaison between other departments within the company when required.
    • Cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.
    • Refer customers to other lines of business when appropriate.
    • Assists other employees within the Bank as directed by management.
    • Responsible for compliance with all federal laws including BSA and others specifically related to the position.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred

    A minimum of 6 months experience in bank teller operations, personal banking, and customer service or call center environment preferred.

    Bi-Lingual, Spanish-speaking a plus!
