    Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

     

     

    Prosperity Bank is seeking to fill the position of Banking Center Support Specialist in Oklahoma City.

     

     

    This position is responsible for supporting banking center operations and related information systems usage. Duties to include Banking Center Support emails & phone calls as they relate to the core information systems, such as Deposit Platform, New Accounts Documentation, Prosperity Bank Policies & Procedures support, route/resolve inquires as necessary, and assist in special projects as they arise in Banking Center Support. This position works closely with the Customer Service Center and on occasion will be required to assist with customer calls.  A full description of duties available upon hiring.

    Required Experience

    ONE YEAR OF PROSPERITY BANK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

    High school diploma or equivalent. 

    Knowledge of Company products, sales policies,  and procedures.    

    Customer service and data entry experience.

    Required to work with all employees throughout the Bank, as needed.
