Prosperity Bank is seeking to fill the position of Treasury Management Officer & Implementation Representative in East Texas.

The Treasury Management Officer (TMO) / Implementation Representative (IR) in the East Texas market is responsible for marketing, selling, and supporting Treasury Management products and services and managing the Implementation Process for Treasury Management Sales, East Texas Office. The TMO/IR works closely with the Lenders/Relationship Managers and Banking Centers to enhance current customer relationships and cultivate new relationships. The TMO/IR will provide the customers with periodic relationship reviews, high level customer service, and product sales in a consultative manner. This position requires attention to special projects, as well as customer training. Travel to customer locations is required for some customer training sessions. Travel will primarily be in the East Texas areas.

The responsibility and essential functions will be to:

• Market and sell Treasury Management products and services, including but not limited to lockbox, online banking, remote deposit capture, ACH, sweeps and ZBA’s, fraud prevention services, and account reconciliation. This position is responsible for understanding and explaining all aspects of these products and services to customers. TMO/IR is required to create proposals, respond to prospect/customer bids and customer pricing analysis. 
• Work with Lenders/Relationship Managers and Banking Centers to develop a call plan for existing customers. Establish a call plan for prospects. Organize annual customer relationship review plan to inform customers about new products and services and to offer ideas on possible efficiencies. 
• Implements new services for East Texas Treasury Management clients. Duties include distribution of Agreements to customers, verification of received Agreements, service setup, customer training, tracking Implementation process progress, and verification of correct billing through analysis. 
• Resolves high level Treasury Management customer issues referred by other bank personnel and answers operational & Treasury Management questions or assists with resolution of issues. Delegation of day to day customer issues is coordinated and handed off to Customer Support Specialist.
• Works with the Treasury Management Product Manager to ensure customers are trained on product upgrades, notifications are sent to customers timely, and other related tasks are accomplished.
• Perform other related responsibilities and projects as required or assigned

Working knowledge of banking and Treasury Management products

Working knowledge of Commercial compliance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:      

One plus years banking experience or four plus years equivalent working experience in banking or Treasury Management
