Mortgage Lead Distribution Specialist (Full Time) - Richardson
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Prosperity Bank is seeking to fill the position of the Full Time Mortgage Lead Distribution Specialist in Richardson.
The Mortgage Lead Distribution Specialist is responsible for monitoring the various incoming mortgage referrals or mortgage information requests from the banking centers and our online website. Ensuring timely response and follow up are made to our customers and give updates to our referring associate.

Required Experience
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Minimum High School graduate or equivalent; Preferred Associates or Bachelor’s degree
KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED: General Knowledge of the mortgage processes, banking or consumer real estate product knowledge or consumer real estate regulations. Familiarity with Encompass or other mortgage loan software.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1-2 year office administrative and/or customer service experience.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Bilingual in Spanish
