    Hours: Monday - Friday 10:30 am to 7:00 pm/Rotating Saturdays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

    Prosperity Bank is seeking to fill the position of Full-Time Switchboard Operator in our Lubbock, Ave Q Call Center.

    The Switchboard Operator will be responsible for directing calls to the correct extension in a prompt and courteous manner. The Switchboard Operator will provide basic information to incoming callers in regards to Bank products and services. The Switchboard Operator will receive customer telephone questions and complaints in a professional manner. Other duties will be to assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with area personnel and with management such as informing supervisor of area activities and significant problems, completing required reports and records accurately and promptly, attending and participating in meetings as required. Other duties will be assigned as needed or required. A full description available upon hiring.

    Required Experience

    High school graduate or equivalent.

    General knowledge of Bank policies and procedures is helpful.

    At least 1 year of switchboard or customer service experience.
