POSITION SUMMARY The Financial Services Specialist position is an exciting opportunity to make an impact by providing world class service and support in effort to assist clients achieve their financial goals. This candidate will perform administrative and marketing tasks, provide a high-level customer service and be responsible for other office support activities. This individual will work closely with the firms CEO and Financial Advisor. The work environment is one of a family atmosphere that is fast paced and focused on providing the highest level of service and professionalism. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * New business processing * Execute client/advisor service requests and follow up activities * Implement and maintain marketing initiatives * Interface with existing and new clients * Maintain the CEOs calendar * Field incoming telephone calls and emails SKILLS, ABILITIES & PERSONAL TRAITS
