Contact Center Data Analytics Internship Goals and Objectives The purpose of this engagement is to describe the opportunity for a Contact Center Data Analytics intern to help PSCU design, develop and implement a system that will provide insights into key operational metrics from the multiple data sources.nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; The intern will collaborate with teams in the Contact Center, Enterprise Data Analytics, and ITS Organization to identify key operational reporting metrics and their source. The intern will be responsible to create dashboard reports with capability to drill down into metrics which provide leaders access to statistics and measurements imperative to manage contact center performance.nbsp; The following are insights into key milestones related to the project, which will be measured: * Discovery:nbsp; Interview key stakeholders to understand their teams and to gather insights into the types of metrics their teams can/should track.nbsp; Prepare a summary presentation to summarize findings with all stakeholders and to outline next steps. * Determine:nbsp; Leverage the input from the Discovery step to research, identify and recommend tool(s) that would be suitable for displaying the summarized metrics to the Contact Center Leadership team and other organizational stakeholders as appropriate. Make recommendation to Contact Center stakeholders.nbsp; * Develop:nbsp; Once approval is received, move forward with securing, configuring and building a tool that each stakeholder can use to access the metrics.nbsp; Establish a process for easy updates and maintenance and present to the stakeholders for feedback.nbsp; Collaborate with participants from each team to help test to extend knowledge of key product development activities. * Transition:nbsp; At the conclusion of the project prepare and execute a transition plan for the project dashboard. In this 10-week program, for the first week youll engage in orientation and get a grounding in Credit Unions.nbsp; For the remaining time, youll work in a specific core function in our St. Petersburg headquarters based on your interests and interview results.nbsp; In addition to your daily work, youll be participating leadership development sessions and interacting with PSCUs senior leadership teams.nbsp; Intern opportunities exist in: Cyber Security nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Information Technology nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Data Analyticsnbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Marketing nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Risk nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Finance amp; Accounting nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Talent Management PSCU Intern Program Entry Qualifications * Completion of sophomore or junior year in an accredited undergraduate degree program with a 3.0/4.0 GPA at time of application. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to organize thoughts, communicate clearly, completely and concisely. * Strong, organizational and detail skills, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines. * Strong critical thinking, problem solving and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Ability to pivot easily when directions and priorities change on short notice. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite® with heavy emphasis on Excel. * Proficiency in software that is applicable to your major and function specific internship. * Passion for learning the Credit Union Industry. * Reside in St. Petersburg for the full 10 week program. * Being friendly, enthusiastic and energetic, with a genuine desire to provide extraordinary service. Contact Center Data Analytics Internship Requirements * Familiarity with the following tools and skills are highly desirable:nbsp; data analysis, dashboarding tools, general business concepts, research and analysis, collaborative, curiosity.nbsp;nbsp; * General business knowledge, organizational behavior courses, and/or leadership involvement in extracurricular activities * Excel and PowerPoint expertise * Knowledge of dashboarding solutions and/or ways to conceptualize complex data in simple ways preferred. * SharePoint, Clik, BOE, nbsp;and Six Sigma experience are a plus * Ideal candidate us pursuing a degree in statistics PSCU Your Possibilities Delivered A cooperative founded by credit unions in 1977, PSCU is the nations leading credit union service organization (CUSO).
