Member Services Summer 10 Week Internship PSCU St. Petersburg, FL About Membership Services: The Membership Services Team is comprised of an experienced staff who manages many integral parts of the ongoing operational core functions of our credit unions, as well as facilitates the membership requirements for Visa and MasterCard.nbsp; This team serves as the primary point of contact for cardholder servicing and call center table maintenance; Information Delivery Platform functionality and reports/statements set-up.nbsp; This team also manages all licensing paperwork for both new and existing members as it pertains to the Associations and all functions pertaining to PSCUs corporate database and services management applications.nbsp; Member Services Internship Goals and Objectives Support the Membership Services Team in compiling CES Settings information for all member credit unions as part of our knowledge inventory and enhancing the experience of our CU members; assist in supporting as a back-up for PTO coverage which will include keying data into our corporate database and creating and building Recipient IDs into the FD system.nbsp; The level of complexity is mid-level and we will provide training and process documentation. In this 10-week program, for the first week youll engage in orientation and get a grounding in Credit Unions.nbsp; For the remaining time, youll work in a specific core function in our St. Petersburg headquarters based on your interests and interview results.nbsp; In addition to your daily work, youll be participating leadership development sessions and interacting with PSCUs senior leadership teams.nbsp; Intern opportunities exist in: PSCU Intern Program Entry Qualifications * Completion of sophomore or junior year in an accredited undergraduate degree program with a 3.0/4.0 GPA at time of application. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to organize thoughts, communicate clearly, completely and concisely. * Strong, organizational and detail skills, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines. * Strong critical thinking, problem solving and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Ability to pivot easily when directions and priorities change on short notice. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite® with heavy emphasis on Excel. * Proficiency in software that is applicable to your major and function specific internship. * Passion for learning the Credit Union Industry. * Reside in St. Petersburg for the full 10 week program. * Being friendly, enthusiastic and energetic, with a genuine desire to provide extraordinary service.
