JOB SUMMARY Quintessentially is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern who would be responsible for helping our CEO with ad hoc errands as well as supporting our Marketing department. The marketing intern will be supporting the team on projects as well as being responsible for conducting market research to help identify potential partnerships to grow our client base. Youll gain exposure and real world experience working in the luxury industry with a prestigious global network. We are looking for a driven, ambitious individual who wants to create a career in marketing. HOURS OF WORK Contractual hours are from 09:30 to 18:00, 4 days a week for a 2 month period. However, it may be the case that in order to fulfil the duties of the role, different or additional hours may be necessary. REQUIREMENTS * Be authorized to work in the United States. * Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a positive demeanour * The ability to work in a team environment and support multiple team members * Highly flexible; ability to change priorities as business needs change * Possess a high level of experience working with Excel, Word, and Power point * Marketing knowledge * Demonstrates initiative, possess a sense of urgency, and is highly motivated * The ability to run errands in a timely manner * Be able to multi task with multiple project related tasks Ideal Requirements: * Eagerness to learn, reliable and punctual * Fluency in English is a requirement, knowing another language is a plus * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail * Ability to multi-task/prioritize effectively and the ability to work under pressure. * Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, Word * To qualify for an internship with Quintessentially you must: * Submit a resume and cover letter. * Make a commitment of at least 32 hours per week to work on site in our NYC office.
