Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative
and project assistance to the Recruiting Team. The coordinator,
reporting to the Sr. Recruitment Operations Lead, will require you to be
focused as you will be managing multiple candidates and projects on a
daily basis. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will do more than just
process pre-boarding requirements and organize interviews; this is a
very critical position on the Talent Acquisition team and will allow the
opportunity to play a key role in the development and promotion of R1
RCM by supporting the hiring process from the initial stages. Your day
to day role will include: * Partner with recruiters to complete
pre-boarding requirements for candidates; this can include new hire
paperwork, background checks, employment verification, education
verification, drug screen and occupational health procedures. * Schedule
hiring leader interviews via phone and/or in person as requested by
recruiters. * Manage interview logistics (including travel coordination)
for candidates interviewing in person, as requested by the recruiters. *
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience during the interview process.
- Maintain and update R1 Careers Inbox and respond to correspondence in
a timely manner. * Manage I-9 administration for new associates. *
Manage the employee referral program ensuring payouts according to
policy. * Assist with reporting as requested. * Act as secondary
administrator to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including updates
and creation of various templates. * Other duties and projects as
required. You Have: * Bachelors degree is required * Minimum of two
years HR/Recruiting experience, knowledge in pre-boarding preferred *
Intermediate proficiency in Windows-based software applications
including: Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Strong organizational skills
with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple
priorities and competing demands. * Strong attention to detail *
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills *
Client-driven team player with strong client service skills * Ability to
keep information confidential; work independently as well as part of a
team * Must be extremely responsive to both internal and external
