Job Description The Billing Quality Control Specialist is responsible for verifying the invoices that the Billing Coordinators have approved meet the clients' guidelines and policies, ensuring that we received reimbursements back from our clients. This position will work with the Billing Coordinators, Asset Managers, Sales Managers, Eviction Coordinators, and Closing departments. This individual will communicate (oral and written) with each role listed above to solve problem situations. This position requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize work so that time sensitive work is finished within client guidelines. Work is conducted in a team environment and assisting team members will be required. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Reviewing invoices that have been approved by the Billing Coordinators 2. Pulling and reviewing daily QC reports 3. Meet daily required deadlines Job Specifications: Knowledge Skills and Abilities: High school diploma required, knowledge of billing and accounting procedures Detail oriented. Ability to prioritize work. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to problem solve. Ability to work well on your own as well as being a team player. Ability to focus and multi-task. Ability to adapt to constant change. Excellent memory skills. High ethical standards. Ability to learn and maneuver through different types of software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Microsoft Access proficiency is a plus.
