Handling Concepts Corporation is seeking a Field Modification
Administrator to assist in data entry, forms completion and filing with
Raymond Corporation, and parts procedures documentation. Other duties
will be assigned as needed. Some of the job duties and tasks include: *
Receive modification requests from customers both internal and external
- Identifying if request is pre-approved or if it will require
submission of a written S207 * Write S207 requests * Track S207 requests
- Submit orders through Raymonds E1 S207 portal when appropriate *
Update S207s with status and dates in Raymonds E1 S207 portal * Bill
S207 requests and applicable parts, spec plates, passkeys when
appropriate * Coordinate and process parts requests/orders * Research
and quote parts for Service Quotes * Receive internal Sales Department
parts request * Quote and/or process orders in accordance with
established pricing Experience and Skills Qualified candidates must have
advanced knowledge of Raymond parts and/or service. Additionally, this
person must be self motivated, enjoy data entry and documentation, excel
at interaction with others and actively work to build a working
relationship with The Raymond Corporation. Must have a 'can-do' attitude
and be willing to take on additional duties and tasks as needed and
assigned by the Corporate Parts Manager. **Pay will depend on level of
