Raymond James offers distinct programs for sophomores to explore how you can take your classroom learning and build a dynamic career within the financial services industry. Whether you’re a finance major curious about deals and acquisitions in investment banking, a computer engineering major interested in how the latest technology is helping clients manage their wealth, or a management major eager to impact company performance through operations and infrastructure support, we have a program to help you plan out your future.

We offer multiple programs to support all students interested in learning and growing with Raymond James.
Participation in any of our exploration programs will give you a jumpstart to your career search through industry exposure, engaging directly with experienced professionals and in sessions designed to build your career skills. Most importantly, successful participants receive recruiting coaching and early access to our highly competitive, award-winning summer internship program. And of course, our best interns receive full-time offers to join Raymond James after graduation.
