The Real Estate and Facilities team supports over 10,000 associates that work within TD Ameritrade's leased and owned Facilities. This position is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the interior design and space management area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and update CAD drawings utilized in the space management software as changes are completed
• Provide input in interior design meetings relative to existing and new space needs
• Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and commitment to the firm
• Must demonstrate solid-decision making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and efficiently organize work
• Ability to navigate and utilize AutoCAD design software

REQUIREMENTS

• All majors will be considered if student can demonstrate a strong desire to work in the industry
• Must be able to communicate effectively (orally and written) with professionalism
• Strong work ethic, initiative, teamwork, and flexibility to assist department in meeting organizational goals
• Anticipate work, plan, organize, and carry out responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality
• Must be able to prioritize tasks according to importance and be detail oriented and complete work in a timely, accurate and complete manner
• Takes initiative and demonstrates creativity, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity and is able to lead by example
• Alignment with TD Ameritrade's core values
• Enrolled in a program relevant to the internship
• Working toward undergraduate or graduate degree
• Program is open to college juniors and seniors
• Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements listed
