We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to support company operations by maintaining office systems and providing administrative support to staff, leadership, clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
Controlling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, forms, applications, marketing materials.
Maintain and monitor office equipment: printers, copy machines, postage machine, telephone systems
Ensure all marketing materials are in stock and up to date
Provide phone support for incoming calls and for other agency locations as needed
Maintain and order office supplies
Schedule expenditures such as postage, food/drink, services
Coordinate special events as needed
Assist Vice President and Top Agents
Other responsibilities as needed
