The Recruiting Associate will work with senior managers at Long Ridge Partners on a daily basis sourcing, identifying and communicating with talent in the financial services field. This role includes identifying candidates via LinkedIn and/ or our proprietary database, then calling them directly and learning more about their current role. This Associate will learn first hand about the alternative asset industry and how to find the top talent for our premier hedge fund and private equity clients.

We will only look at candidates currently based in the New York Area. You must have already graduated and be able to start ASAP. The Recruiting Associate must be able to work in a team environment, with a strong sense of urgency. He or she should have strong project and process management skills. The Associate must have superb communication and interpersonal skills, and be detail-oriented. He or she must be able to multi-task in fast paced environment.
