• Schedule interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel
• Correspond and interact regularly with every level of the company
• Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status
• Track and monitor recruiting activities to provide metrics and insights to our stake holders
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities
• Report metrics for pipeline, conversions and hires
• Make suggestions to drive through hiring bottlenecks or shortcomings to constantly improve process

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Organized, upbeat, professional
• Looking to grow your career in People Operations/ Recruiting/ HR
• Experience supporting a team of recruiters in a fast paced organization is helpful
• Highly motivated, organized and friendly
• Comfortable with the role as it stands today, able to see the bigger picture (forest through the trees)
• Have experience with: Greenhouse, Trello, Hirevue, Excel, OR bring something new
