As a Workday Support Analyst, you will be a key member of the Workday Support team, working closely with our human resources and financial organizations. You will support our broad range of Workday applications, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Onboarding, and Recruiting. You will develop, test, and implement business solutions, both for problem resolution and system enhancement. You will work with Executive Management, regarding system development, as well as with end users.

Work with business partners and subject matter experts to understand business processes and develop solutions. Provide conceptual and detailed design to meet business needs. Perform necessary Workday configurations. Write detailed functional specifications for development. Test and rollout the solution.
Drive the design, configuration, and deployment of new projects and system enhancements. Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Present system change requirements to Executive Steering Committee for approval. Provide technical guidance to interpret and apply policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Configure and maintain security profiles while ensuring compliance with RFCU security policies. Adhere to all security policies and maintain strict confidentiality of all employee and member information.
Develop and maintain data interfaces with core and third-party systems.
Maintain employee user guides and facilitate user education.
Complete training and self-study to achieve and maintain required knowledge of Workday systems.
