    Regional is looking for a Digital Product Manager to help us accelerate our digital strategy. As a Digital Product Manager, you will work closely with our business partners in marketing, risk, and operations as well as software engineering teams to design and develop products and features that will improve our digital capabilities in operations, marketing, and underwriting.

    The right candidate for this role should be highly ambitious, able to organize both ideas and people, and excel at problem-solving of all kinds. You should have a bias toward action and be able to break down complex problems into steps that drive rapid product development. You will bridge the technical and business worlds as you first design services that our customers love and then engage stakeholders to make them a reality. By clearly defining requirements and removing blockers, you will act as a catalyst for productivity on your agile team(s).

    In this role, you will lead a highly dynamic and multi-disciplinary team to develop and enhance digital products on a day-to-day basis. You will translate business strategies into products that delight our customers and position our company for substantial growth and disruption. You are a dynamic product owner familiar with Agile methodology who will rally the team and work in a highly collaborative environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.

    Prioritize and sequence product initiatives by working with business teams to build a consensus on priorities leading to product execution

    Own delivery of product initiatives and releases

    Works with stakeholders to identify and resolve blocking issues while communicating progress

    Write user narratives to imagine the experience a customer may have

    Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements, and constraints for product initiatives and releases

    Engage closely with the technical team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule

    Develops and maintains project plans to drive results on new project initiatives. Ensures that tasks, deliverables, and schedule commitments are met. Provides effective reporting of milestone completions

    Measure and review product changes to determine the efficacy of features sets and the necessity to improve them

    Demonstrate a high level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity.

    Experience working with Agile Methodologies will be critical

    Minimum Qualifications

    BA/BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

    4+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

    Preferred Qualifications

    2+ years of experience in Agile product management

    Experience leading consumer-facing digital strategies, innovation, and deployment.

    Experience interfacing with a range of website, mobile, tablet, creative design initiatives.

    Prior experience in the banking or consumer finance industry

    Prior experience as the product manager of a mobile app

    High-level understanding of technical architectures for complex, scalable web and mobile applications

    Prior experience with tools such as Sharepoint, MS Project, JIRA/Pivotal Tracker, or equivalent

    Critical Competencies

    Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends; excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

    Experience with product management and software development using an Agile development methodology.

    Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales Customer Support, Finance or Marketing; understanding of full funnel-conversion best practices (e.g. distribution strategies, funnel conversion, operational go-to-market).

    Ability to work with fixed deadlines and a very fast-paced environment

    Strong sense for quality and user experience

    Strong communication and presentation skills

    Transparently and consistently report on work progress.
