    RMC Retail is an operating division of Regional that offers point of sale financing solutions to consumers purchasing furniture and appliances in our retail partner network. We offer simple installment financing to those who may not qualify for prime credit offerings offered by traditional banks and other specialty lenders while helping consumers avoid more expensive financing options. Our current retail partner network includes several of the most prominent names in the furniture market. Our digital approach allows us to operate efficiently and with confidence that our lending solutions are a good fit to meet the needs of our borrowers and our partners.

    Job Purpose

    The Senior Sales Manager will have general management responsibility for marketing operations of RMC Retail and provide support, training, and consultation to RMC Retail Underwriting, Funding and Customer Service Processes and Functions.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Provide leadership to direct reports and RMC Retail generally

    Manage relationships with key dealers and vendors to drive loan volume

    Expand dealer network to drive loan volume

    Manage Sales team and contribute to other RMC Retail functions to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets

    Contribute to yearly Retail budget and long term business planning strategy to ensure clear vision for product line

    Report to Executive team; monthly, quarterly, and annually on product line

    Promote a positive work environment and manage relationships with key RM departments and support RMC Retail

    Hold meetings with key RM departments, specifically Credit Risk, and provide feedback on ways that the team can improve the Retail business

    Facilitate training as required

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree

    Relevant Sales experience

    Excel skills at intermediate level or greater

    Ability to meet travel requirements of up to 25%

    Must pass pre-employment screenings

    Preferred Qualifications

    5+ years managing sales staff

    Credit or finance experience is a strong plus

    Solve real-world business problems with creative, critical thinking

    Demonstrate understanding of modern theories of leadership, management, and negotiations

    Working Conditions

    This position provides customer services to customers and travels up to 25% of the time.
