    The Institutional Clients Group (ICG) Operations and Technology (O&T) Cross Asset Regulatory Programs (CARP) team is looking to hire an experienced REGULATORY PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) LEAD. The Regulatory PMO lead will execute a wide range of Book of Work oversight activities related to the governance, monitoring, tracking and reporting. The role requires developing a deep knowledge of the Program Management Framework and how it is being applied and leveraged within ICG O&T. The candidate will also actively interface with the ICG O&T Lines of Business, Organizational PMO, Risk and Control, and Chief Operating Office. The candidate will have an opportunity to get exposure to different ICG businesses, interact with senior management, and learn about major regulatory initiatives affecting the bank. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide governance oversight to the regulatory Book of Work (BoW) within ICG Technology organization
    • Develop strong understanding of the Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) policies, ICG O&T Program and Project Management Procedures, the Organizational PMO Charter
    • Drive PM adherence to Citi's standards, guidelines and project management best practices
    • Provide challenge to BoW structures; challenge the completeness of scope, artifacts, schedule, Business Critical Milestone (BCM) existence and dependencies
    • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships with program managers, PMO partners, Business Unit Managers
    • Gather information from the program managers on the status of their regulatory programs
    • Prepare senior management updates covering regulatory portfolio, implementation progress, arising risks and issues
    • Take an active role in improving regulatory program governance
    • Conduct investigative work to understand impact of regulatory findings on ICG Technology organization; identify potential stakeholders
    • Support setup and tracking of regulatory BoW in Citi's Project Tracking System (PTS)
    • Continuously assess the existing reporting and oversight processes and introduce improvements and new best practices, as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum 5 years of work experience, including a few years in Project Management field
    • Bachelor's/University degree is required
    • Experience in developing and implementing new operational processes
    • Experience working with cross functional teams and senior executive management
    • Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills; being able to analyze data, draw conclusions, identify trends and issues, and diagnose root cause of issues
    • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
    • Strong leadership skills: must lead oversight process, enforce accountability and ownership
    • Knowledge of key regulatory entities e.g., FRB, OCC and PRA
    • Ability to exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
    • Strong focus on work outcome, final product, internal consumers
