    Intern - UX Researcher -Req Number -US03579City -Chesterfield MOState/Province -Chesterfield MO -Position Overview RGAX is looking to hire a UX Researcher Intern. We need to know our users and understand their perceptions, desires, needs, frustrations, environments and problems related to using, understanding and experiencing our products, services, and content. We need people who are passionate about finding creative ways to evangelize the rich research data we have to both internal and external audiences, and who want to drive the results of those communications to the final experience. UX Researchers learn what people need and want from our products and services and evaluate user experience. As a UX Researcher, you conduct research, analyze real user behavior and attitude and work with User Experience Designers, Products Managers, Marketers, Analysts and Engineers to improve our product features, content, overall experience and develop new ones. Your work spans across all products and services within the Distribution and cross-functional teams. You are encouraged to identify new opportunities for user experience improvements. Networking with other interns. -Responsibilities POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Write user studies for qualitative research to understand users behavior and attitude Review remote sessions and create study reports Identify old learning as it relates to our site or application in studies Compile test data into historical documentation Conduct website and application analysis and comparisons Assist with identifying future areas of research Create a research calendar for various digital products Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to identify research topics and plan usability testing across multiple devices and platforms, finding opportunities to further improve the user experience Collaborate with designers to create prototyping for testing Collaborate with analysts in bridging quantitative data and quantitative data Contribute to the teams overall research strategy Set up study templates and standardize study format Aid in the delivery of compelling insights to be presented to team as well as key stakeholders Make concrete, data-driven recommendations for change based on your findings Communicate with team members throughout the process Other responsibilities as assigned -Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS This internship is open to Junior or Senior status students or graduate students. Currently enrolled and completing a bachelor's or master's degree in Interactive Web Management, Human-Computer Interaction, Communications, research, psychology, social science or similar field. Human behaviors background a plus. Relevant internship work, work experience, or project experience in an applied research setting including, but not limited to, integrating user research into product designs and design practices. Knowledge and understanding of numerous user research methods, including remote unmoderated study, concept testing, first impression testing, usability testing, usability benchmarking, iterative prototype testing, competitive analysis, content and brand testing, desirability study, clickstream analysis, contextual inquiry, A/B testing, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills and ability to multitask multiple projects at a time Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment
