Job Purpose: The Relationship Management Analyst/Associate (Officer / AVP) is part of the NAM Relationship Management team. Relationship Managers cover Global Markets Platinum and Priority clients at C-Suite level across all asset classes. The team partners with other Business areas outside Markets depending on client demands. The main role of RM Analyst is to assist Senior Relationship Managers on their day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities: • Work with Senior Relationship Managers on the client's demands identifying next steps and driving follow up process. • Prepare all necessary materials ahead of senior meetings and broker reviews including Revenue analysis, briefing notes, sales coverage communication. Track and action on follow up items. • Drive operational process of client requests including KYC Ownership, coordination with Client Facilitation, Legal and Operations teams. • Coordinate with Sales and Business Heads on certain clients - focused projects and account planning to ensure RM team is aligned with Markets Products. • Work with Global Markets Marketing department on provision of thought leadership resources to RM'd accounts and coordinate on strategy for Markets clients.
