Receive commercial applications from branches via SharePoint. Analyze credit applications for completeness. Make phone calls to branch when necessary to get additional information or ask questions needed about applications. Review customer demographics information for accuracy and make necessary changes. Verify account name, address and debtor/guarantor information. Determine type and kind of documentation needed. Complete and review loan documents through a platform automation system (Laser Pro) in a centralized location. Send print job to correct branch. Pull upload sheets. Specialist in processing level 1 loans. General proficiency in level 2 loans. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent; Preferred 1 year job related experience with loan documentation; General knowledge of all loan forms and loan structures; General keyboarding skills; General computer knowledge; Ability to communicate well and deal effectively and tactfully with bank personnel in a positive and helpful manner; Ability to learn and use Laser Pro with a high level of proficiency; and General knowledge of IBS (Metavante), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and other software systems used by the bank.
