MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Active pursuit of IT, Analytics or related degree required. * Junior or Senior level college student preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Internet applications. * Demonstrated knowledge of Web Development terminology and curriculum. * Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle. * Knowledge of client side web development technologies. * Knowledge of SharePoint development and existing SharePoint applications a preferred. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for completing or assisting with project documentation, utilizing all aspects of the Republic Bank SharePoint Environment. * Responsible for site, application, form, and workflow development for various Business Improvement Projects. * Maintaining project specification documents and assisting in the Business Requirements Gathering process. * Scheduling and facilitating meetings, project specification reviews, and User Acceptance Testing. * Correspond accurately and timely, both in writing and orally. * Assist with preparation of Training Materials. * Shadow SharePoint Architect to acquire experiential knowledge in the workplace.
