Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting service center employees focused in the areas of technology, procedures, sales, and service best practices. The Retail Education Liaison I will provide this support in a variety of modes which include formal classroom training (including virtual facilitation), facilitating morning meetings at service centers, and on-the-job mentoring of employees. This position is responsible for coordinating with LCE and service center leadership and other stakeholders to carry out employee programs to ensure employees acquire the knowledge and skills to perform job functions effectively and meet high standards of member service.

Additional Information
The pay range for this position is: $26 to $29 per Hour (S13)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
