We are seeking a Temporary Retail Sales Associate at our NY Retail office. You will be responsible for servicing clients in order to achieve the overall target for the Retail business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Following the policies and procedures as outlined in the Security manual, Compliance manual and Operational policy and procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service to all clients, at all times
• Ensure accuracy when carrying out all duties as outlined in the above manuals
• Cross sell all AFEX services to all clients and refer to the appropriate department as per the Retail Referral Plan
• Adhere to the Retail opening schedule which includes and is not limited to weekends and holidays
• Prepare and participate in a monthly one on one with Retail Manager, US to go through your KPIs as detailed in the scorecard and any other KPI inputs which are set on an ongoing basis to achieve Retail revenue goal.

• University or College degree preferable
• Substantiated interest in AFEX services and products and the foreign exchange markets
• Previous outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers.
• High degree of self-motivation and focus, combined with effective organizational and time management skills.
• Professional approach to prospective clients coupled with active listening skills and an inquisitive nature.
• The ability to work as a team player towards a specific sales goal.
• Well versed in the usage of Microsoft Office products, Excel databases, and CRM systems.
