This position is a great entry level opportunity within the Retail Supervision & Risk Management (RSRM) team. RSRM supports over 4000 associates that work directly with TD Ameritrade's Clients. This role will work closely with Data Governance and TD Ameritrade's firm wide testing program. There will also be opportunities to gain exposure in additional areas as well as the brokerage industry with potential for full time employment upon graduation. Career path can lead to a management role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review account and household data to ensure accuracy
• Identify trends in mismatched data and report to project leads
• Work with management team and business partners to create process improvements
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Willingness to be open to an evolving position as new projects arise

REQUIREMENTS

• All majors will be considered if student can demonstrate a strong desire to work in the Brokerage industry
• Must be able to communicate effectively (orally and written) with professionalism
• Strong work ethic, initiative, teamwork, and flexibility to assist department in meeting organizational goals
• Anticipate work, plan, organize, and carry out responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality
• Must be able to prioritize tasks according to importance and be detail oriented and complete work in a timely, accurate and complete manner
• Takes initiative and demonstrates creativity, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity and is able to lead by example
• Alignment with TD Ameritrade's core values
• Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's Degree relevant to the internship
• Working toward undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably in Business or Management Program is open to college juniors and seniors
• Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements listed
