This position supports our internal CRM and associate internal applications. This individual is a business Subject Matter Expert and is responsible for serving as a representative for their assigned system, in various business meetings and associated projects. This individual must apply communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist user groups on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of CRM software critical to business operations. The Retail Systems Specialist acts as liaison with appropriate technology teams associated with their assigned system.
