Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services

• Identify opportunities and persuade customers to stay on boarding

• Communicate and explain the benefits of the products and services

• Update and ensure the accuracy of customers’ policy and information

• Drive revenue and customer satisfaction from gathering feedback

• Answer phone calls and respond stakeholders with the most updated information

• Provide first call resolution to customers and ensure customer satisfaction

• Build positive relationships with valuable agents and partners.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Confident talking to a diverse group of people

• Capable to work independently and multitasking

• Must be enthusiastic and energetic

• Bilingual in English and Chinese
