The Retirement Planning and Advisory (RPA) group is developing new and innovative investment management and retirement planning product offerings using technology solutions that are increasingly favored by today’s clients. The innovative and forward thinking team is looking for an intern that can help create and develop more content and a formalized product placement strategy.

Responsibilities

• Help develop marketing strategy for new product offering focused on digital solutions for investment management and financial planning
• Edit and create new content for presentations positioning the new products, fund/investment fact sheets, additional content that can be used on social media and networking sites and marketing sales tools and assessment metrics for business development professionals
• Assist with development of marketing plan including workflow tracking, production and distribution of deliverables, and client communications
• Fact-check material to ensure accuracy, proof/edit, and standardize the branding and formatting
• Maintain and distribute internal reports and other data for firm-wide use
• Opportunities to assist with planning client events, media relations, design of electronic and print client communications, content creation, and other tasks as appropriate
• Other marketing and communications related projects as requested

Requirements

• Graduation between December 2018 and June 2019
• Minimum GPA: 3.0
• Marketing, Accounting or Finance major preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Client focused mindset
• Strong understanding and familiarity with digital content and strategy
• Intellectual curiosity with the desire to learn and grow
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
