This position will play a key role in ensuring customers satisfaction. As a Customer Service Representative, you will report directly to the Customer Service Supervisor and primarily be responsible for answering phone calls. Duties and Responsibilities Receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls providing excellent customer service Answer customers inquiries and questions professionally by phone or email Accurately enter or verify the customers information in our proprietary system Effectively handle phone calls when putting calls on hold, transferring or being disconnected Assist customers with various inquiries such as processing transactions, questions about our products, cancellations and providing Ria Agent locations Keep up-to-date with Rias products, services and policies Identify problems, issues or complaints during queries and propose solutions to management Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics Perform other duties as assigned or requested Job Requirements Qualifications High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish 1-2 years of experience in customer service in a call center environment Possess experience with problem solving, dealing difficult customers and remaining professional The key characteristics this individual must possess are having positive attitude, being a team player and excellent phone etiquette Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment Must be flexible to work extended hours or weekends To the Customer Service Representative we offer: Competitive compensation plus overtime opportunities Days off will be one day on the weekend and one day during the week Employee benefits package including 401(k) with employer match and an employee stock purchase plan Growth opportunities within the company Working Conditions Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment Overtime required as needed An employee on average will spend 3-5 minutes per call Required to be connected on telephone at a minimum of 75% of the time Physical Demands Ability to sit for extended periods About Ria Financial Ria Financial Services ("Ria") is the money transfer division of Euronet Worldwide, Inc.
