Position Description: We are looking for an energetic Brand Ambassador to be a lead hunter and canvas their assigned territory in order to further develop our client relationships. This is an entry-level role and No experience is necessary as we are willing to teach the right candidate. This person is an enthusiastic and energetic member of the sales team and responsible for opening doors and looking for opportunities. The Brand Ambassador will take ownership of keeping Rockpoint top of mind at our customers' offices and provide a superior client experience throughout their interactions. The ideal individual is a team player who is able to provide concierge-level service and be hyper-responsive to our client's needs by responding to them directly or coordinating meetings with the sales team. The right person would be able to see beyond their position and jump in to assist in other tasks and proactively solve problems. This is an exciting road warrior role. (not many overnights though) it carries a quota and, to hit that quota, it is required to be in the field 4 days per week (all day) with one administrative day to plan, prepare and collaborate with the sales team. This includes, of course, attending lunches, breakfasts, and other meals with the firms and Sales VP's. It is a sales role 70 percent base and 30 percent commissions. Responsibilities: Develop deep relationships with existing and prospect customers in assigned territory. Visit client offices along a pre-planned route 3-4 days a week, with 1-2 admin days at our office. Proactively identify opportunities for additional business from existing customers while visiting them in-person, as well as hunt for new business at prospective customers. Schedule follow-up meetings for Account Managers. Introduce new products to existing customers of all levels at law firms and medical facilities. Periodically manage booth from setup to tear down at conferences across the country (about 3 per year). The role requires seldom overnight travel. Ad hoc projects as defined by management. High energy and optimistic Additional Qualifications: MUST live in the Orange County Area Some college, preferably with experience dealing with customers - we will teach the rest!
