Responsibilities -Perform daily health checks as well as general SAP system(s) monitoring and report issues. -Assist in working and/or completing SAP security related tickets as assigned. -Work with SAP Business analysts to moves changes within the SAP landscape(s) as well as help troubleshoot transport errors or problems. -Proficient in the timely and professional handling of incoming issues related to SAP basis and security. -Proficient tracking of all issues within ticketing solution. -Perform daily follow-up on open issues that do not show activity. -General system monitoring to include Hana, SAP ECC, SAP PO, SAP solution manager and SAP BW. -Monitor Windows and/or Linux Servers as well as regular scheduled backup jobs and SAP job performance. -Assist as assigned with performance of SAP kernel upgrades, SAP user administration, application of SAP OSS notes and SAP transport management Benefits We offer exceptional compensation and benefits, 401K and stock purchase, incentives for performance, training, and opportunity for advancement - all in a culture that appreciates and rewards excellence, a positive attitude and integrity. Basic Qualifications -Computer Science or Information Technology Degree or equivalent experience. -Entry level - 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. -SAP security or basis administration. -Windows or Linux server administration. -General knowledge around IT Disaster Recovery and processes.
