Collections Support Specialist -Consumer S3 Shared Service Solutions, LLC 24 reviews - Linthicum, MD OVERVIEW This position will support the collection of delinquent loans, credit cards and negative share accounts. The primary goal is to assist in minimizing loan losses for all S3 partner credit unions. S3 has a commitment to excellence and the highest standards of member service. The Support Specialist is an entry level position and will perform tasks to assist the Collection Department in finding solutions to members financial difficulties while protecting the S3 partner credit unions from financial loss.
