    In the Global People Analytics & Insights group at Citi, we solve business problems with workforce and business data. We conduct analyses to enable evidence-based decision making. We use statistical models to predict future outcomes. We provide actionable insights. Our mission is to equip decision makers with data-driven insights to make the best decisions about people. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Governance of the People Analytics and Insights function
    • Triaging and prioritizing work, capacity planning and optimizing processes
    • Project management and tracking complex plans to completion
    • Liaising with technology colleagues and partnering on data architecture, data ingestion, tools and resources
    • Supporting with third party / vendor evaluations, RFPs, onboardings, and platform maintenance
    • Ensuring adherence of People Analytics work products to internal and external data policies, laws and regulations by following established processes
    • Establishing product roll-out and change management practices

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

    • Extensive experience in technology and/or operations space, e managing and working with large databases and data management, including an understanding of various data structures and common methods in data transformation, data validation/audit and data governance/management
    • Excellent project management skills with proven track record of managing complex, multifaceted projects
    • Previous experience with and understanding of people analytics tools, projects and initiatives preferred
    • Proven ability to quickly learn and apply data concepts may be considered in lieu of experience
      • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex issues and weigh various alternatives to determine the best course of action
    • Eagerness to learn, test and improve
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as demonstrated strong collaboration skills-Analytics & Insights is a team sport
    • Ability to work effectively within a large, matrixed organization
    • Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
    • Experience working on large-scale projects and change initiatives preferred
