Job Description
THE RDCS (REGIONAL DIGITAL CAMPAIGN SPECIALIST) is the day-to-day contact for the sellers in the region.
Their role is to help the Media Strategist with their account activity, teach, train and help them grow their digital revenue. Help them create effective CNA’s. Help them understand and communicate to clients their proposals. In conjunction with the RDSM, (The Regional Digital Sales Manager) meet with clients to help the Media Strategists close business. Create monthly recaps for each of the region's current running accounts. Present the recaps to the MS and to the clients as needed. Work with Salem’s partner vendors to ensure that all campaigns are optimized effectively in order to ensure the best possible chance for client renewals.
The RDCS reports to the RDSM and is the first point of contact for the Media Strategists and will help them develop more revenue opportunities through coaching and training. This position can be a remote position.
