The Jackson® Internship Program is practical work experience that enhances a student's academic, career, and personal development while helping Jackson identify well-trained and talented individuals.
Program Description
Jackson believes its internship program is an investment in the future. The program's intent is to provide students with an opportunity to use their skills, aid in their personal development, and have an enjoyable and meaningful work assignment. Jackson will place each intern in one department for mentorship and project work, but all interns will receive companywide exposure to leadership and functionality of the organization.
Specific departments include:
Jackson’s Summer 2025 corporate internship program will be an eight-week hybrid program starting June 2 and concluding July 25. Commitment to this specified time frame will be critical for consideration. Interns are expected to work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday during business operating hours.

In addition to work experience, the internship program provides both formal and informal activities to enhance professional development, including forums with Jackson leaders, volunteer/community activities, and team-building/social events.
Location
Hybrid program with 5 weeks conducted in Nashville, TN and 3 weeks remote. Interns will have the following schedule:
Education
Undergraduate level – must be a rising junior or senior.
Requirements
Ideal internship candidates will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, project management skills, analytical skills, a customer focus, working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong initiative. Candidates’ area of interests will be considered, but candidates must be open to direct placement within any designated departments, dependent upon the business.
